We're the team that's helped put this online store together. Pretty amazing.... and it has been a blast to create too! Who are "we"? We are a team of college freshmen, sophomores, juniors, seniors and some grads who work as a team to make sure that TheGoodLifeOnCampus.com offers the best dorm ideas for students to live the good life on campus. Sure we have help - we're what you'd call a panel of advisors to our partners at Act Three Marketing - the company behind SecureOnCampus.com and HowFreakingCoolisThis.com - and our job is to make sure the this site is done right. We are current and former students from Emerson College, Marist College, Boston University, Hofstra University, Albany University, NY State University at New Paltz, Quinnipiac, Northeastern University among others. There is nothing that goes into this online store that we haven't selected or approved and we hope you'll find something that you love here.
We've purchased art from underground artists from the US and all corners of the earth who have made really cool skins for iPods and laptops who's work we think our dorm mates will go ballastic over. We bring you vinyl wall decals that are created by some awesome designers in London and Paris and dorm accessories and decor from the US, Denmark, and Canada. You will also find unique dorm lighting, wall art, posters and prints as well as some other very interesting dorm décor, college decorating tips and ideas.
There is only one thing we wanted to do with this store... to get together the most unique and creative items that will simply let students express themselves and their own personal style as they finally get their own place - their dorms or off-campus apartments. Spend ten minutes in a dorm today and you'll know that there are kids living on campus who are a bit on the fringes, some just a little more off beat than others, some who are content to simply be by themselves and get their work done, and others who may not always remember to get up in time for those pesky 2pm classes. There's room for all types on campus and we have something for every personality here at TheGoodLifeOnCampus.com.
